The proposition was simple: How can coffee drinkers discover better coffee experiences?
Through targeted user interviews, big dislikes were the order waiting time, not being able to make mobile payments, and not knowing what brand of coffee bean is used.
The Bean mobile app prototype was created, with functionality that includes 'pre-order and pre-pay', 'search by bean brand', 'gift purchases to friends', and even 'in-store gift purchases to meet new people'.
