George Bassiakos (it’s pronounced Bassi-UH-koss) is a freelance Creative Director who thrives in concept and brand development.
With numerous years in some of the biggest advertising agencies in Sydney, he specialises in both brand and retail disciplines; from national integrated campaigns to developing logo brand identities and clean, simple websites.
His reductive style of design and attention-to-detail (see: grammar pedant) helps his client’s work stand out in noisy and cluttered landscapes.
George was part of senior creative teams that won major work for agencies, including Woolworths, Toyota, QANTAS, Mitsubishi, and most recently MyCar.
Apart from majoring in Design at UTS, George has also completed courses in UX Design (Distinction), Brand Experience and Digital Strategy.
